Queensland Water Commission (QWC)

The Queensland Water Commission is an independent, statutory authority responsible for achieving safe, secure and sustainable water supplies in South East Queensland and other designated regions. They ensure sustainable water supplies by developing long term water supply strategies, establishing a regional water grid, implementing water restrictions, managing water demand, providing advice to government and reforming the water industry.
